Ian Macmichael

Ian Macmichael has, for many years, successfully managed people and businesses, predominantly within the GEC Group of companies. Specialising in organisations with leading-edge engineering technology, he has conducted his activities world-wide, having lived and worked in the United Kingdom, France, Canada, USA and Australia. In 1995 he was cajoled into joining a leading Executive Search organisation, based in the Midlands, as an Executive Recruitment Consultant.

This has resulted in accumulating a wealth of realistic and practical business knowledge and skills.

Early in 2000, Ian Macmichael established Befcote Associates as a independent ‘Executive Recruitment’ organisation.
